HOW IT STARTED
For over a decade, Emma has been welcoming guests from around the globe at her bed and breakfast in the heart of Nice, on the French Riviera.
Her passion? Introducing foreigners to the rich tapestry of French culture, with a special focus on culinary traditions. Among her offerings, the rose and lavender cakes served at brunch have always intrigued her international visitors. This curiosity led Emma to embark on a new journey: The French Candy.
Her mission is to export these quintessentially French flavors worldwide, making them known as far and wide as possible. Through The French Candy, Emma aims to bridge cultures and share a taste of France's culinary heritage with the world.

MEET PIERRE
Pierre, our French Bulldog mascot, is at the heart of our brand. Legend says he crafts the candies, much like Ratatouille's culinary genius, bringing a whimsical touch to our delicious creations.
