The customer acknowledges having read the specific terms of sale stated on this screen at the time of placing the order and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between THE FRENCH CANDY and its customer, both parties accepting them without reserve. Products
The photographs illustrating the products do not form part of the contractual scope and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Despite our vigilance, if errors have been introduced, THE FRENCH CANDY's liability cannot, under any circumstances, be engaged.
Prices
The displayed prices are in euros, VAT included, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. An invoice including VAT will be automatically sent to the customer by email. The prices indicated in the product catalog do not include the cost of transport. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time.
Availability
All products for sale are listed in the online catalog on THE FRENCH CANDY's website and are offered subject to stock availability.
Delivery Conditions
For metropolitan France, Corsica, and Monaco, shipment will be carried out by La poste. The shipping delay commences upon receipt of payment confirmation. Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postal costs. We advise grouping your purchases into a single order.
For the DOM-TOM and international, shipping costs vary according to the weight and volume of your parcel and will be indicated when selecting the carrier. Prices for countries outside the EU are indicated excluding taxes. Customs duties may apply upon parcel reception, at the customer's expense.
In Case of Damage
Refuse any damaged parcel and do not sign the delivery slip in such cases.
Order Conditions
After ordering, a confirmation will be sent by email. In case of non-compliance, THE FRENCH CANDY commits to exchanging the articles or refunding the expenses within the value of the order.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or check. The order will be processed upon payment confirmation.
Disputes
All disputes will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Nice Commercial Court. THE FRENCH CANDY's liability is limited.
