Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
50g unsalted butter, chopped
3 egg yolks
30g powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Cocoa powder (or chocolate powder for kids)
Instructions:
Melt chocolate pieces in a double boiler until smooth.
Add Butter & Flavors: Mix in the butter, then stir in egg yolks, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar off the heat until smooth.
Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours until firm.
Shape & Coat: Form into balls and roll in cocoa or chocolate powder.
